The meeting will begin around 11.15 on Monday 26th (with coffee/tea and sandwiches) and end around 15.30 on Tuesday 27th. On Monday evening at 19.00 we will also have dinner together. A commentator has been appointed for each of the presentations, but there will also be time for other participants to take part in the discussions. Thus for each half-hour slot, a rough guideline would be to set aside 10 minutes each for (1) the presentation of the paper, (2) comments from the appointed commentator, and (3) group discussion.

As always, some kind of written documentation of the presentation should be provided beforehand: either an extended PM/abstract, a draft or a completed
manuscript. Our aim is to provide this documentation at least a week beforehand as files that can be downloaded from CHESS' homepage. Therefore, the papers should be sent to and by November 15th at the latest.
